I created The S.H.I.F.T Protocol not just as a dietitian, but as a woman in perimenopause myself. Like many of the women I work with, I’ve felt the changes in energy, sleep, mood, and body that come with this stage of life and I know how overwhelming it can feel.
That’s why I combined my training as an Accredited Practising Dietitian (MDiet, APD) with lived experience and the latest evidence, to create a framework that helps women feel supported, clear, and confident again.
